Dave Clissitt fell in love with the great outdoors at a very young age; growing up in a small village in South East Wales. Dave spent every spare minute he had running on the hills and mountains of the Brecon Beacons or climbing at a local crag. Dave joined the Royal Marines at the tender age of 17 and was fortunate enough to have served all over the world, including the mountains of Norway, Canada and North Africa.
